Imported packs

All PharmaDB build packs imported

Each ZIP was extracted into `imported-packs/` so the docs, migrations, stack configs, extensions, and traceability artefacts are available locally.

Source of truth: V11 is the most complete pack, but all 11 archives are now imported for comparison and recovery.
